Amelia's passion for property and data emerged in 2020 when she began the search for her own first investment property. The journey of the very first purchase triggered an intense curiosity for property trends, data analysis and strategic planning. This lead her to become involved in property development where she has been sourcing development sites for developers in Brisbane and Sydney for the last few years.

The love of research and the challenge to find that elusive 'needle in the haystack' property was born and she's never looked back.
